Cancellation Policy
We get life is unpredictable,if you need to reschedule we ask you do it within 24 hrs ahead of your service, so we can fill your spot. We accept up to 1 reschedule. Client will have to put a new deposit for new service after cancellation of booked service. ALL DEPOSITS ARE NONREFUNDABLE. If you fail to cancel or reschedule your appointment you will get charged 50% of your service + 10% gratuity.
**We allow up to 10 minutes late from your appointment start time. Your session will be shortened to accommodate our next appointment. If more then 10 minutes late, the appointment will be cancelled and you will need to reschedule with a new deposit.
